No Contact Car Repair

Due to the coronavirus COVID-19, Muffler City has designed a system to service our customers’ vehicle needs while limiting contact.

We get it, we want to avoid this virus too. But we also still need car repair and maintenance. Muffler City can help with no contact necessary car repair!

1. Call 904/739-0091 to chat with a mechanic about your needs and set an appointment.

2. Make arrangements to drop your keys in our convenient key drop box at the front door. Leave your car out front.

3. After an ASE certified mechanic performs the free check of your vehicle, Muffler City will call you to discuss the estimate for work.

4. We will perform the repair you agree to asap.

5. Muffler City will call you to verify the work is done and you can pay over the phone.

6. Let the office know when you have arrived with a quick phone call and we will deliver your invoice and keys.

Done! You can go about your day and take care of your family.
